You've spend hours planning your perfect day, picked the perfect dress, flowers, food, and the music. Now you know that you are going to have an unforgettable day, but what about your guests? Have a look at some of our ideas in order to ensure that your guests will have a ball at your wedding.

1. Free Bar

Nothing gets a party going like a welcome drink, maybe a before-dinner beer or a cocktail or two. Guests will obviously not drink on your tab for the whole evening. Maybe have a limit on your tab at the bar, thereafter guests needs to pay for their own drinks. Make sure you talk to the venue so that their drinks are affordable to your guests. Some venues make a lot of profit from the bar alone. Drinks should be affordable to your guests in order to have a good time and not leave too early.

2. Music.....music.....music...

If your music is terrible the dance floor is going to be an empty space. If you're hiring a band make sure they have a variety covers in their back catalogue, while their original music might probably be really good, your wedding is not the place for a showcase. Ask your guest to send you a variety of songs that they like. In such a way you will have something on your playlist that everyone likes. When there's music for every age group and music everyone loves, be sure they will stay until late and have an evening to remember.

3. Photo Booth

Anyone loves a photo opportunity, so think about getting a photo booth installed and that way friends can snap away. If you can't afford hiring a photo booth company - go for a DIY photo booth. Use a wall at the reception area which you can decorate and get some cheap props from a local store. Or ask close friends and family if you may borrow props from them.

6. Hashtags.

Let your guests have fun by having an Instagram hashtag for your wedding day. Friends and family will love it when you share their photo the next day, and it's a great way for everyone to share their highlights from the day. It's also a great way for you as couple to get/save all your guests photos.

7. Snacking station

Nobody likes being hungry at a wedding. Doesn't matter if you have a buffet or a formal sit-down meal, make sure you have a few snacking stations around the venue for people to choose some snacks whenever they want. It doesn't have to be expensive foods. Something like a mix of crips and nuts will be enough. We all know the newlyweds takes an hour or two after the ceremony to take photos. Make sure you have snacks and drinks or some activities ready for your guests while you are taking photos.

8. Seating plan
This is an important part in your wedding planning. People doesn't want to feel uncomfortable during the reception. Put people together that you know will get along well. Most of the times there's many couples at a wedding that do know each other even before the wedding. Put those couples together.
Speeches Timings

Be sure to set a time limit on those who is making a speech at your wedding. Guests get bored very easily. Make sure that the speeches are sweat and short. Keep it funny, yes there's always a time for a serious word or two, but don't keep it too serious or sad.

13. Sparklers & lights for the evening

Sparklers during your first dance just get the mood going. It gives the guests something to do while you are dancing. Or just sparklers for them whenever they want to use it during the evening.
